She IS our coworker and came to our office just a few weeks after I came in.
Though I did not have many interactions with her, but still it doesn't feel good to farewell somebody you used to see everyday.
Counting from when I came in, Charlie came and left, Clare came and left for being a designer instead of a software engineer, Gary left due his father in law's business, Alex Hsieh left for becoming a designer, Howard left for a competitor's position, Chaoyong left for a position outside, Alison left, Anthony came to strengthen the RD group, Kenneth came to lighten up the environment, 4 new hired RD came just within 3 months still being trained, Alex Chang came from our sponsor company, Michael and Hanson came to strengthen AE group. Two left sales position while Vincent came to fill in. Monis came for AE group.
Can you guess how large our Taiwan department is? I came on 2004 Dec., and then 15 were hired while 8 left. That's a total of 23 personnel changes.
Can you imagine? There are not as many head counts in our office now.
The change is so drastic.
When would my turn be?
