In Oct. contacted by head hunter
1. Interviewed with a US company at Taiwan site
2. Talked two times and had a phone call with Korean head of department
Then got a offer letter signed and returned.
On 10/1 requested for resignation from current position.
Boss and CEO from current job asked to stay and released bonus benefits.
Struggled for a whole two weeks under pressure from both sides.
Both were nice and that was the pressure burden for me.
On 10/11 made the final decision to stay at original company.
NOW:
Still doubt about my final decision.
What if I made the wrong choice, it's not the end of the world of my life.
But I'm afraid the same opportunity won't come again.
May God lead me and bless my decision. Because He seems to allow both directions.
It's me that hesitated all the time.
